3. Quality Control Officer (QC Officer / QA Officer)

Responsibilities:

• Test yarn quality (Strength, Count, CSP, Uster)

• Analyze lab data

• Resolve quality issues

4. Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of spinning machines

• Conduct preventive & breakdown maintenance

• Manage spare parts inventory

5. Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain correct draft, twist, TPI for each process

• Optimize production flow

• Configure fiber settings and control waste

6. Lab In-charge / Testing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform fiber and yarn testing (Uster, HVI, Classimat)

• Prepare and analyze reports

• Maintain quality according to standards

7. Inventory / Store Officer (Yarn Store Management)

Responsibilities:

• Track yarn production inventory

• Use FIFO method for handling

• Maintain input-output data

8. Industrial Engineer (IE)

Responsibilities:

• Calculate man-machine ratio

• Track WIP (Work In Progress)

• Improve production efficiency

9. Trainee Engineer / Intern

Responsibilities:

• Learn through various sections
